1. Wholesale Quotations & Orders

All prices quoted on the Wheel Craft website or via WhatsApp are indicative based on standard volume tiers. Formal quotations are confirmed in writing via invoice or proforma upon receipt of final order specifications and delivery locations.

2. Product Specifications

Dimensions and volumetric capacities are approximate industry standards for Small (20-inch Cabin), Medium (24-inch Check-in), and Large (28-inch Heavy Duty) models. Slight variations may exist based on manufacturing tolerances.

3. Custom Branding & Personalization

Custom organizational logo printing, embossing, or specific color requests are subject to minimum order quantity (MOQ) criteria agreed upon during inquiry confirmation.

4. Dispatch & Delivery

Consignments are packed with industrial transit safeguards and dispatched via accredited freight services across India. Transit schedules are communicated upon dispatch.

5. Governing Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under or in connection with business transactions with Wheel Craft shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in West Bengal, India.
